1 Cup confectionery sugar (may substitute with 1/2 Cup confectionery sugar, 1/2 Cup maple syrup)
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
In your food processor add your avocados and puree until smooth. Add in your cocoa powder, confectionery sugar, vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated. Taste a bite and adjust any seasonings as necessary.
You can serve your rich and creamy chocolate mousse in a glass or convert it into a tart using my Rawesome Chocolate Tart (just follow the instructions for the crust and add your mousse and favorite fruit, if desired!).
