Ingredients (serves 4):
- 2 Cups fresh basil
- 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon dried chilli
- In your blender combine your basil, extra virgin olive oil, avocado, garlic cloves, fresh lemon spritz and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste, dried chilli if using.
- Toss on your favorite pasta or over my fresh raw zucchini fettuccine!
