Ingredients (serves 4):
- 6 ripe avocados, diced
- 6 ripe mangos, diced (pictures are Champagne Mangos)
- 4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and carefully toss to combine. Adjust any seasonings as necessary and chill in your refrigerator until ready to eat!
