Balsamic Mango and Avocado Salad

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 6 ripe avocados, diced
  • 6 ripe mangos, diced (pictures are Champagne Mangos)
  • 4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and carefully toss to combine.  Adjust any seasonings as necessary and chill in your refrigerator until ready to eat!
