Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Lay your asparagus spears on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle your fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper and toss to combine. Pop your baking tray in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the tips of the asparagus start to golden.
